Spicy Plates & Bold Personality at East Nashville’s S.S. Gai - Photography by Victoria Quirk Photo

If you're craving fiery flavor and vibrant ambiance in the heart of East Nashville, S.S. Gai is the spot. This Thai-inspired chicken joint brings the heat with crispy fried chicken, house-made sauces, and playful design details that make every plate pop—and every photo sing.

As a food photographer based in Nashville, Tennessee, I had the opportunity to photograph S.S. Gai’s standout dishes and energetic interior a few months ago. From the neon accents to the golden glow of each piece of fried chicken, the restaurant is a dream to shoot—full of texture, color, and personality.

Whether you're a restaurant owner, chef, or hospitality brand in Nashville looking to elevate your visual presence, I’d love to help bring your food and space to life through intentional, storytelling-driven photography.

Evelyn's at the Hutton Hotel - Nashville, TN.

“Evelyn’s is a love letter to classic Americana — a dining experience that evokes nostalgia while capturing the art of modern cuisine… An art-filled oasis with a retro, cosmopolitan-like vibe, Evelyn’s offers something for everyone.”

I loved spending a couple days with the Evelyn’s team! Located within the Hutton Hotel in the West End neighborhood of Nashville, Tennessee, Evelyn’s offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, cocktails, snacks, and so much more. Be sure to make time to swing by and see them next time you’re seeing a show at Analog at the Hutton Hotel. Here are a handful of my favorites from this day!

Sojourner at Southall - Franklin, TN.

I was honored to have the opportunity to capture the magic that is Sojourner, an all day dining destination at Southall Farm & Inn in Franklin, Tennessee. During the day we mostly utilized natural light, and then used studio lighting for dinner to create a more intimate and warm atmosphere. I hope you enjoy these as much as I do — these are just a handful of my favorites!
